Be careful not to blame your own insecurities on other people or things. If someone or something stirs up feelings of insecurity in you recognize that those feelings were already there to begin with and use it as an opportunity to deal with them. Don't blame it on whatever (or whoever) it is in your life that serves as a trigger, choose to be proactive in learning how to deal with those triggers head on.
You are beautiful. You are valuable. You have purpose.
