So, you've likely noticed that I joined www.myfitnesspal.com at the beginning of January. Since then I've lost 14 pounds. While I am really happy with this, I still have a long way to go! When I started I secretly gave myself a six week challenge: to stay under my calorie goal for six straight weeks and exercise at least 4 times a week. It was the most incredible sense of accomplishment when I did it and managed to keep the momentum going several weeks beyond that. The last four weeks however have been a struggle. So I'm renewing this 6 week challenge for myself and I'm letting you in on it!
Tomorrow I start. I hope to lose another 8 to 10 pounds in these six weeks, but my main goal is to keep practicing the art of discipline. I'll post my results and tell you a bit about how it went on Monday, May 16th.

ReplyDeleteWow...such timing. I've felt myself slacking in the last week or two as well. Not working out as hard, not tracking my food. I'm in! We should have a skype date to keep each other on track each week!! lol
ReplyDeleteHow do you track your food? WW? If you're not doing it there you could always try mfp...I really love it! :) Unfortunately we don't have skype!
