Today we hosted Easter dinner at our house, something we just began a few years ago when I felt ready to take it on. In starting this tradition I discovered that I absolutely love hosting big family dinners. And today I realized why. It's that moment after everyone's been served (we always serve ourselves buffet style) and I sit down, look around and everybody's sitting, eating, talking and laughing together. It's this short little pocket of time after everyone sits down with their food and before anyone needs to gets back up again, and there's something about that moment that to me is postively divine!
I hope that however you spent your Easter you managed to squeeze in at least a few moments with someone you love!
